Animal Genotype Imputation Database (AGIDB) is a comprehensive platform designed for genomic research across 89 species. It offers extensive reference panels, dynamic haplotype visualization, and advanced imputation techniques tailored for diverse research needs. The platform includes an ENCODE-annotated SNP database and tools like ImpRefIC, principal component analysis, selective sweep analysis, and data format conversions, enhancing the efficacy of genomic research. Additionally, AGIDB provides a dedicated Pig Imputation Platform (PGIDB) for focused swine genomic studies.
