Deleterious Variant

To assess the deleteriousness of detected variants on a genome-wide scale, this page provides you with the results of predicting deleterious variants using two software (PolyPhen2 and SIFT). For PolyPhen2 software, the predicted score is 0.909-1, which is considered as the highest possibility of harmfulness (possibly damaging), 0.447-0.908 is considered as a higher possibility of harmfulness (probably damaging), and 0-0.446 is a neutral site. For SIFT software, if the prediction score is less than 0.05, the site is considered harmful, and 0.05-1 is a neutral site.
