This module provides the principal component analysis function. The user selects the specified species and submits a VCF compressed file. After clicking the submit button, the PCA will be executed. The user will get the PCA results between the submitted data and the reference panel of the species in the database, so as to facilitate the user's subsequent analysis. The PCA plot supports downloading.
